September Haul + Easy Apple Snickers Recipe

I've been keeping up a steady stream of shopping lately so here is September's haul - the month of renewal to me since it's the start of a new school year for the kids :)

I did some store shopping at Marshall's for work and found a cute sweater vest and also jacket vest but decided not to keep them in the end since I don't see myself wearing these much.

Here are some cute Walmart finds from this month:

Left to right: No Boundaries Junior's V-Neck Cable Cardigan, Time and Tru Women's Pull-On Ribbed Skirt, No Boundaries Juniors' Shortalls

And some Shein finds - an IG ad got me for the short sleeved top -

Left: Contrast Dobby Mesh Lantern Sleeve Top, Sofia Jeans Destructed Hem Shorts. Right: Floral Mesh Layered Sleeve Tee

And last but not least, of course my Target purchases from this month :)

Left: Girls' Plaid Shirt Shacket, Women's Crewneck Pullover Sweater, High-Rise Ribbed 7/8 Leggings, Wonder Nation Girls' Chunky Nature Sandals.
Right: Women's Crewneck Pullover Sweater

I love the colors of the girl's flannel and how nice the trim inside feels and looks. I ended up only keeping the sweater on the right but am a big fan of these ribbed leggings too.

Here is an easy tip to do with leftover Halloween candy:

Leftover snickers bars from Halloween make a delicious dessert. Simply chop them up with the food chopper. Peel, core and slice a few apples. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle the chopped candy bars over the apples. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
