For some reason, I feel like I always have a huge haul sometime in the Spring like I did this past month. I actually did check my past spending and coincidentally last shopped Asos.com back in April of last year as well. I don't know what got into me this past month but I could not stop shopping! I ended up purchasing so much stuff, though thankfully not keeping all of it, but it's still a lot considering how I've curbed my spending lately. Here's some of the shopping I've done lately:
First up are these awesome
ankle length paperbag pants from Express petites, which I love because they don't need any alteration in length (ankle length = full length on me) and the high-waist is very flattering. The pink blazer is from the new Primark that opened up in Staten Island, which is super exciting since I loved shopping there when I went to the locations in London and Ireland. It's from the kid's section, which is why it fits so well throughout. Lastly, the
trench is from the Banana Republic Outlet store from a recent trip to NJ, which I was surprised fit so well throughout and had to buy because it was marked down to $35! These three pieces are perfect for Spring and I'm excited to wear these when the weather warms up!
Next up is the Victoria Beckham for Target collection, which I wish I shopped earlier since many women's pieces were sold out by the time I checked online but luckily, many girls' pieces were still in stock. I loved the
raincoat upon first sight because I've been wanting a clear rain jacket ever since I saw this one in a magazine. I also liked the
shorts enough to keep them, and they're made of a nice, sturdy poplin that isn't sheer at all.
Since I liked my
Express paperbag pants so much, I wanted to look for more and ended up buying a ton of stuff on ASOS since I always browse the rest of a site when purchasing things. Out of everything I got, I liked these two pairs of pants the most, though did not love them enough to keep, including this
pink duster jacket.
ASOS is always a great place to find dresses too, and I liked these but could not justify keeping any.
I also loved these
Hunter Original Black Quilted Leg Wellington Boots, which looked so cute on and were super warm but they were unfortunately too big even in size 5 and rubbed my heel painfully when I walked.
