November Haul + Jack 'n' Jill Burgers

I wouldn't have shopped if it weren't for the $20 credit I have with LOFT, which led me to visit the store and end up buying a few items. I'm actually wearing this LOFT Petite Stained Glass Lace Cami in my previous post. The only other items I purchased last month was a pair of Nike Air Huarache Run Ultra Se' Sneakers, which look great and are super comfortable but I have to say that I tried on the new Adidas Ultraboost Uncaged Sneakers  and they are even more comfortable! I've been eyeing this pair in grey but they unfortunately don't make them in size 5. :(

The only thing I tried on in store was this sweater dress, which I really liked (disregard my skinny jeans underneath and this was when I was still blonde last month).

Here's a recipe for really delicious burgers you can make any time without a grill - they're A's favorite!

JACK 'N' JILL BURGERS

Ingredients:
1 medium onion
1/2 cup finely crushed seasoned salad croutons
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons ketchup
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
6 hamburger buns
6 lettuce leaves
6 slices tomato

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
3. Shape into 6 1/2" thick patties and place on an ungrased broiler pan.
4. Broil 4" from heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
5. Top each with a cheese slice and broil 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
6. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato slices.

Serves: 6.

I don't plate very well but this really was very delicious and super flavorful!
