May Haul + Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Things are getting even more hectic now as I'm nearing my maternity leave and I've seriously cut back on shopping big time so all I have to show for last month are the lovely gifts from A as mentioned here and two maternity shirts. :)
Here's a super easy and so delicious recipe for lemon garlic shrimp:

Here's a super easy and so delicious recipe for lemon garlic shrimp:
SAUTEED GARLIC LEMON SHRIMP |
Prep Time: 5 minutes |
Cook Time: 10 minutes |
Ingredients: |
1/2 cup flour |
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 tablespoon butter |
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced |
ground black pepper, to taste |
juice of 1 medium lemon |
Directions: |
1. Spread out flour on a large plate and gently coat the shrimp with flour with a light coating. Set aside. |
2. In a nonstick skillet, melt buuter over medium heat, add the oil, and turn heat up to medium-high. |
3. Add shrimp and minced garlic to pain, cooking until the shrimp are pink, about 4-8 minutes. |
4. Season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice, and stir briefly. |
5. Serve with the pan juices. |
