May Haul + Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Things are getting even more hectic now as I'm nearing my maternity leave and I've seriously cut back on shopping big time so all I have to show for last month are the lovely gifts from A as mentioned here and two maternity shirts. :)


Here's a super easy and so delicious recipe for lemon garlic shrimp:
SAUTEED GARLIC LEMON SHRIMP
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
ground black pepper, to taste
juice of 1 medium lemon
Directions:
1. Spread out flour on a large plate and gently coat the shrimp with flour with a light coating. Set aside.
2. In a nonstick skillet, melt buuter over medium heat, add the oil, and turn heat up to medium-high.
3. Add shrimp and minced garlic to pain, cooking until the shrimp are pink, about 4-8 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice, and stir briefly.
5. Serve with the pan juices.
Serves 4.
