March Haul + Mac 'n Cheese
Here's last month's haul, which is made up of a majority of dresses for my growing baby bump. :)
On to more exciting things, here's a recipe for really yummy Mac 'n Cheese!

On to more exciting things, here's a recipe for really yummy Mac 'n Cheese!
MACARONI & CHEESE |

Ingredients: |
1-1/1 cups uncooked elbow macaroni |
5 tablespoons butter, divided |
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1-1/1 cups milk |
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese |
2 oz process cheese (Velveeta), cubed |
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs |
Directions: |
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. |
2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. |
3. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Add the cheeses, stirring until cheese is melted. |
4. Drain macaroni and transfer to a greased 1-1/1 qt. baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni; mix well. Melt the remaining butter and mix with breadcrumbs to sprinkle over the top. |
5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and topping is golden brown. |
