September Haul + Dijon Garlic Asparagus

Now that I'm finally back from my honeymoon and business trip, I can try to settle back down to my regular routine, which I'm missing so badly now. Here's September's haul below as well as a great asparagus recipe. :)

My BFF was my MOH, and I'll be hers come May (!). :) Back in August, we went shopping for bridesmaids dresses for her, and I tried this black Sleeveless Long Mesh Dress With Corded Lace on and A liked it on me so much that he actually told me to purchase it myself to wear to future weddings. Here it is below along with another option we tried on, though she ended up choosing a different style for us in the end. :)

The rest of the haul is all from outlet shopping during a little family getaway to the Poconos so I really did try to be good in the months leading up to the wedding. :)

Leaving you with the quote of the day, "Be fearless. Have the courage to take risks. Go where there are no guarantees. Get out of your comfort zone even if it means being uncomfortable. The road less traveled is sometimes fraught with barricades, bumps, and uncharted terrain. But it is on that road where your character is truly tested. Have the courage to accept that you're not perfect, nothing and no one is - and that's OK." -Katie Couric
