It has been extremely hectic at work lately, which has unfortunately led me to neglect this blog. :(
It
also didn't help that I went on vacation to Alaska last week and am now
going away again to South Africa tomorrow. However, my Alaskan cruise
with my family (19 of us!) was an unforgettable experience since A (now
my fiancee!) proposed to me at the top of the ship in the middle of the
Pacific Ocean. Here are a few snapshots from the trip:

I've been meaning to post a review on
Ann Taylor's Petite Faux Leather Trim Trench Jacket,
which I love! It's a short-length trench jacket with faux leather trim
at the zippers, which is exactly what I like to see - classic pieces
mixed with a bit of edginess. I don't want to delay any longer in case
it sells out so I'll be posting a review later on after my trip from
South Africa. I've also been meaning to post my monthly hauls, but they
will just have to come later on and condensed in one post. What with
house planning, wedding planning, so many vacations, and being backed up
at work, (and not to forget no internet at home), it's been really hard
to find time for myself. Even though the weather will be much colder,
I'm very much looking forward to winter already, when I hope I can
finally settle down again.
