Just updating the results from my previous post on Athleta
here. It was tough but I narrowed down my picks to only keep one since one is all I really need. I decided to keep the
Stripe Strength Hoodie in Granite Grey as seen below. I'm very happy with it and still think it's the most comfy of the ones I tried on - not sure if that's why this is a hoodie, while all the others are called jackets.

Top: Athleta Stripe Stength Hoodie in Granite Grey. Pants: MICHAELMichael Kors Petite Straight Cord Leggings (sold out now but brown version in reg sizing here). Booties: Aldo (old but similar here). |
And to continue my recent wonton skin recipes from
Mind Over Munch, here's a yummy one for Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Wontons, which I've eaten as a snack and also a bunch for breakfast. They're delicious when devoured warm.
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BANANA WONTONS |
Ingredients: |
Wonton wrappers |
Banana slices (not too thin or too thick) |
Peanut Butter |
Mini chocolate chips |
1 egg white |
cinnamon |
|
Directions: |
1. Preheat oven to 375F. |
2. Take a wonton wrapper and place a banana slice in the center. |
3. Dab a little peanut butter on top and place a few chocolate chips on top of that, sticking to the peanut butter. |
4. Dab a little peanut butter on both sides of a second banana slice, sticking it to the chocolate chips on one side and having one peanut butter side exposed. |
5. Fold one corner of the wonton wrapper onto the top of the banana “tower,” using the exposed peanut butter as a “glue.” |
6. Fold the remaining corners in, using peanut butter as a glue for each layer to keep wonton wrapper closed. |
7. Once you have your little wonton dumpling, brush egg white onto the entire package. |
8. Place package, sealed side down, on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. |
9. Repeat for as many as you’d like. |
10. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon, and top with a chocolate chip. |
11. Bake 8-12 minutes, until sides begin to brown and crisp |
